Current issues

  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Web, Desktop
  • 🛠️Status: Fixed in v7156 - please update your app version (Click your avatar in the top-left corner → click the “New version available")
  • Workaround: To resolve the error, try the following steps:
    - Log out and log back in.
    - Alternatively, go to Settings → Advanced and click the "Reload" button to clear local data.
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: All
  • 🛠️Status: To address this, we're planning a rewrite of the codebase related to this feature.
  • Workaround: Please consider using browser extensions or email add-ons. Click here to download.
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Android
  • 🛠️Status:  Our developers are awaiting a fix from Google
  • ⚠️Platforms Affected: Wear OS
  • 🛠️Status: This is a Gboard issue which needs to be fixed by Google
  • Workaround: Switching to the default Samsung keyboard
